It's listed as OEM, well it's just a name because it's far from original equipment. It works, but the hi-tone is very high! No original equipment, plus less than OEM. I painted it black and installed it where it's hard to see. It's very noisy so that's a plus. Anyone looking for a loud horn does not have to be factory equipment. It's a good choice. The seller ships quickly and free of charge, so there are no complaints against him.
