Review on 💪 BOB AND BRAD Q2 Mini Massage Gun: Powerful and Portable, Pocket-Sized Deep Muscle Massager with Carry Case by Kevin Urena

First of all, I gave this experience five stars, but I didn't rate the massager itself. let me explain. After a few days of having pain in my left quadriceps, I came across Bob and Brad's YouTube video on the subject. B&B encourages the use of a massager in the healing process and I really liked their Q2 Mini massage pocket gun which they demonstrated. in which a beautifully designed pistol and accessories fit snugly. I set it to charge the battery. Unfortunately, the green light that indicates charging has started continued to dim. I have ordered a replacement. When it arrived I found that this massager didn't want to charge either. I was willing to return both massage guns for a refund but decided to contact the manufacturer first for a review. Maybe I did something wrong. A support employee immediately rushed to my aid. They thought my adapter might be the problem and they sent me a new charging cable and adapter (for free). But by now I was so impressed with how responsive and determined their customer service representative was about helping me that I wasn't ready to give up. Otherwise, there was too much evidence of quality (not to mention its excellent reviews) on this massager for it to be anything but a fluke. I toyed with the idea of getting the larger of the massage guns - the C2 model - but declined the higher price. When I reported this to a rep, I was offered either a discount on one of these models or a replacement + a discount off the price of the original Q2 pocket pistol. I've decided to get a bigger gun. Long story short -----> the C2 model arrived yesterday and charged perfectly. Although this larger model has a really great silicone grip, I was concerned that it might be a bit bulky for me. Instead, it's very light and maneuverable; because something with such a powerful motor is easy to handle. I've tried a few heads and I particularly liked the air cushion nozzle. (I put the massager on my lower left back and it was great!) I gave the experience a five star rating but not for the original Q2 mini pocket massager as I couldn't use it. 100% glad I stuck with it. As requested, I was reimbursed 30% of the cost of the larger massager - C2. Doing everything right for me in the end. Me and my ATV are very thankful!
