In general everything is fine. It's a lot tougher than most stuffed animals. So if you are looking for stuffed animals, this is not for you. But it's more realistic. The head is made out of one piece of styrofoam and one eye popped out pretty quickly. This would definitely be a choking hazard for a child or toddler. My son is 8 and still loves him - he collects every big cat he can find! - so we'll probably just glue the eye back on instead of putting it back on.
