The Subuteay Thermal underwear are fairly thin and provide only a bit more warmth when worn under outer clothes. They did make a slight difference. They are almost as effective as the difference between my jeans with a flannel lining as opposed to jeans without.I tried the shirt top as a night shirt and it was nice except that where it was touching my skin directly, it felt cold in my cool bedroom. Where it was over a tee shirt it added warmth.It is very stretchy and fits as it should by size.
