I bought this jacket for my husband for an upcoming trip where we might need waterproof outerwear and sometimes something warm. This jacket is perfect for that purpose. Fleece lining can be easily removed. We found the jacket to be warm enough for most Minnesota winter days when lined. Without it, although we haven't tested it outdoors yet, it seems like the perfect raincoat. The only thing my husband doesn't like is the zipper, which he thinks is backwards, like a women's jacket. Fits as expected.
