It gives me all my work information I wish to have at one place without having it scattered around different applications or websites, saves time searching through emails that are not related to what i'm looking for as well! Sometimes there may be some lag between updates but overall this program has been very useful so far!! Great product with excellent customer service support team available 24/7.

Nothing really dislike about the software other than the price of $100 dollars per year can't afford monthly subscription if we want more options such as integration into our CRM system (Zoho). This allows us to keep track of jobs sent out via email lists by clients who use their mailing services.
