The ability to search for a job seeker based on location and industry, and then send a personalized message directly to the prospective employer. The ability to upload your CV and search for jobs based on your skills and experience. The interface is not super intuitive, but can be learned and used. Easy to use, good interface/navigation with no problems so far when using it as an intranet site (or external) but I have not used this yet outside of work environment due its strict rules regarding privacy issues!
