The ability to search for a job seeker based on location and industry, and then send a personalized message directly to the prospective employer. The ability to upload your CV and search for jobs based on your skills and experience. The interface is not super intuitive, but can be learned and used. My biggest issue with ListJenny is that I have been unable to find the ability to search for jobs based on the job description, rather than just searching for a location. For example, I would love to be able to search on 'Java' but be able to search for a specific role title. I also do not like that I have to create a new profile to be able to use their services. I would love to be able to search jobs based on my skills and experience, and then be able to upload my CV and be matched to prospective employers based on my skillset.
