Not perfect but pretty good
I do have to adjust the cap multiple times to get the water back out of my ear area. It's much better when I wear goggles. My ears are sensitive and this cap does helps protect them when I do the back stroke. It was a double pack and the blue cap fit slightly better than the black. All in all not perfect but better than my ancient Speedo cap that hurt putting on and off and didn't cover my ears at all My recommendation: worth a try see what you think.!
