Perfect one way valve for drain hose
Picked up this one way valve to install in a drain line that goes from my pH neutralizer backwash filter to the washer drain. I wanted a one way valve just in case of a septic backup. This would definitely stop nasty water being pushed back through the drain and into the neutralizer filter, which is my drinking water. Seems well made and should last for a while. Definitely recommend
- Used this valve on my line from a oil catch can back to the intake system. Works like it should
- The valve may corrode over time, leading to rust and potential failure
