P0037 Lower O2 Sensor Error

Triggers a P0037 HO2S heater control circuit low (bank 1 sensor 2) and is set when the PCM detects an out of range #2 (downstream) HO2S signal voltage. - I think it's possible that initially it worked for one cycle. -- Anyway, the vendor, ECCPP, doesn't seem to know what to do about it, apparently nothing. My advice: don't waste your time.
