My choice was to either try OxiClean or ditch some of the expensive bras and towels that stink but were otherwise great. Spoiler alert: OxiClean worked when nothing else worked. I've tried: soaking in diluted vinegar, freezing items, scrubbing smelly spots, and washing multiple times. I ended up filling a 3 gallon bucket with hot water and adding a scoop of OxiClean and soaking the smelly items overnight. The next day, I machine washed the soaked clothes as usual, but added a small spoonful of OxiClean to my regular soap. Everything started to smell clean and not smelly. What a relief! Now I always put a little OxiClean on my sheets and towels and sometimes on my clothes. I have never had any problems and have always been happy with this product.
