I contacted Garmin directly. I have said .

I contacted Garmin directly. I told them I have a 2598LMTHD and wanted to know which power cord to use. I was given this number (010-11838-00) it is TA20. Mine came with TA10. This cable didn't work for me. It powers the device but throws an error when receiving traffic information. Assuming it is indeed a Garmin product, either the part number is incorrect or the unit was defective. I was on a trip and didn't have time to return it so I ate the prize.
