Extremely difficult to install
I have replaced my wipers every year and bought this one hoping it would last longer than other cheap wipers. The quality is good but the only problem is that it's very difficult to install - I almost broke the wiper arms during installation but ended up not being able to fit perfectly. Now it only fits halfway. The instructions say to push the blade down until you hear a click. So I pushed really hard and almost broke the wiper arm, but I didn't hear a click.
