Bought for my green baking hut. The wooden part of the pole is much thicker than I expected. Although the description doesn't state the diameter of the perch, it was described as suitable for small birds so I was expecting something thinner. When I first saw it I was afraid it would be too fat for my little boy but to my surprise he took it straight away and loved it! He especially likes to rub his face on the knobby nubs on the stick. The base is very solid and the screw mechanism for increasing and decreasing suction when inserting and removing is great! The only reason I didn't give a star is because the Revain picture shows a clear plastic base while I had a milky white translucent base. I think the description should be more specific and it would help if it included the diameter of the perch. it said. I would definitely buy again and recommend!
