Review on Adapter Charger ADP 65JH EXA0703YH ADP 65GD by Kyle Beaner

I was trying to decide if I should give this one a 4 or 5. I had a little problem with 2 chargers. One worked for several weeks but was constantly connected to the network because the laptop was used in the same place every day. When I started moving the laptop and started draining the battery every day, the charger stopped working after a short while. As it has been less than a year since the purchase, I emailed the seller. They were very nice and sent me a new one right away. I got it in less than a week. They kept in touch with me to make sure everything was ok and when the second one didn't work either they were very apologetic. They checked with me that the specs for my laptop were correct and even though they were correct they offered to send me another brand. The third time is a charm and it works great. Don't be afraid to buy from this seller. Although I had problems with 2, they assured me that this is rare and their customer service is exceptional.
