Review on Optimized Officemate Deluxe with 2-Hole Capacity - Model 90101 by Chris Munns

Conceptually, I like this punch. It's attractive, sturdy, well-made and has a huge slide-out chip compartment. However, at least on the device I received, the holes are not standard on other hole punches. The hole distribution is ok; however, it doesn't go far enough down the page. This is 1/8 inch smaller (by measurement) than standard 2H stamps. Well, if you only run one file system, or if the consistency and cleanliness of your current file system isn't a concern, then this is a great device. However, if you work in a profession where drilled/perforated papers up to 2H are common and producing clean and standardized documents is vital (ie legal) then I recommend finding something else, otherwise there will be pages in your files are present with an offset . I don't like this puncher because it makes my files messy; I also feel uncomfortable sending documents punched by this machine to other parties as that 1/8" offset will mess up their files. More about this hole punch is perfect. I wish the producer didn't use a creative license at the end of the page; they should have settled on the color, design and chip compartment which are very nice.
