Terrible! Don't waste your time and money! Worked like magic for the first 5 minutes, then everything went downhill. First, it doesn't move unless you remove the part at the bottom of the mop. This white plastic piece works like a stopper and keeps the mop straight at all times, so that's number one. After the part was removed it actually worked for 5 minutes as shown in the demo video. I thought maybe I just have to push us into it. But as soon as it started falling apart and scratching my brand new floors, I realized it was a bunch of crap. Looks like I'm going to invest in a big yellow bucket that's really useful.
