Review on Siixu by Scott Bradford

Unfortunately, I had a very unsatisfactory encounter with Siixu. Although their website was simple to use and they had a large variety of goods, their customer service was far from satisfactory. Although I contacted their customer service team several times regarding a problem with my purchase, it took days for them to reply. When they did reply, they were unhelpful in resolving the problem and provided no real solutions to my problems. Siixu may assert that they are dedicated to customer satisfaction, but my personal experience indicates otherwise. I was extremely dissatisfied with their subpar customer service, and I wouldn't be prepared to overlook it again. Even though their products may be of high quality, I find it difficult to endorse Siixu to others because of the subpar customer care I received.
