Problems but useful for assembling toys
Received the product and gave it to my son for Christmas. Follow the instructions in the letter and the remote control and controller will not be bound. I've searched everywhere looking for a troubleshooting page or a way to contact the manufacturer to no avail. I was able to find contact information through the manufacturer's links on the Revain website and they responded very quickly. I have tried the offerings there to no avail and they are currently sending me a replacement kit. Once I get it and try it I can upgrade to 5 stars because it was good to work with. The response time was less than 24 hours, which is good for me. I look forward to solving this problem for my son.
