Review on GICASA Solid Brass Commercial Style Faucet Single Handle Pause Function Pull Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet, Oil Rubbed Bronze Pull Down Kitchen Sink Faucets by Andrew Dinelli

The sprayer head on this faucet has nice features, and the body of the faucet itself is sturdy. However, the sprayer head button mechanism for switching between spray and stream is not sturdy and doesn't stand up to daily use in a home kitchen. I can and pickle, so the spray function was great for cleaning jars, lids and product. Unfortunately the internal mechanism broke sooner than you would expect in a faucet of this quality. I do have to say that the sprayer head is just a standard plastic one though, not metal. I like the particular shape, but can't seem to find any way to get in touch with Gicasa to order a replacement head. So after only 3 years of use I may have to replace the whole faucet. I tried to find the Gicasa customer service email online, but no dice. Very disappointing support for an otherwise good quality item.
