Great scraper! It is made of durable plastic and has a soft touch. It has a nice wide scraper head that makes it quicker to use than other scrapers I've tried. It didn't damage any of my windows and it scraped the ice smooth and clean. The only improvement suggestion I would make would be to make the product a bit longer (I'm 5ft 3" and couldn't reach the center of the windshield on my Mazda SUV).
