THAT DOES NOT WORK!

I was SO disappointed when I received this (no carrying case) that looked used AND the unit didn't work! To make matters worse, there don't seem to be any others that offer the same features as data storage. It didn't read my dog's Home Again chip OR the new chip that's still in the box and stopped working after 5 minutes. It turned off and wouldn't turn on again even after a full charge. Why sell such a product when it's clearly defective and only gets bad reviews?
