Installed on May 16th. It doesn't work until June 10th. Sad. No longer rotates and is difficult to replace with a regular spray. I've always had trouble switching from regular flow to spray, but the flow options and twist factor were a plus, so I just wrapped a rubber stamp around the bottom so I could switch flow. A week ago it got hard to shoot. I took it off and checked for scale/mineral build up (there was none), put it back on (very difficult to do) but it continues to break down quickly. Now it's almost impossible to turn around. I'm deleting it and putting it back while I have four more days to do so. Too bad. I like the design (but the bottom should be faceted on the outside for better grip when shifting). When it worked well, it worked relatively well, but when it failed, it was terrible.
