This is good quality. I bought it to replace my liquid cooling system which wasn't that good. I figured I'd go back to the fan to minimize cleaning and the chances of another clogged water block not being misdirected by a thermal. This is for another review. This fan is not as modest as the Noctua fans, but not too big and ugly either. I wanted a clean look. It runs on an i7 6700 on an MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X motherboard. The freedom of movement of all surrounding parts is perfect. As if it's meant to be. See image. My only complaint is with the installation. There are many small parts that can easily be lost and I don't remember if there were spare parts or not. It's like putting together a three-dimensional jigsaw puzzle. I've had this cooler for two years now and during that time I've rarely had to clean it and when I do it's quick and easy. The fan itself rests on a wire frame, which simplifies its disassembly and cleaning. It comes with fancy Noctua thermal paste and a weird screwdriver to insert hidden screws under the fan.
