I bought this for my fiancee and this is what she said I attended a last minute muay thai match that required and actually applied protection to the bar. Since we had never thought about it before, we had to order one quickly. The assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired, but when you watch Lo-Bloo's video it all makes sense. I was doing a quick 5-5-5 (5 rounds of rope, 5 shadow boxing and 5 bag lifts) cardio two days before the match and it only really caught my eye at first because I was joking with my boyfriend that I had my chastity belt, but it didn't get in the way at all. I wore it over my compression shorts and under my muay thai shorts during a match. It didn't interfere with kicks, knees, hugs, or footwork, and I didn't notice it until I accidentally knelt it in the crotch, which I'm pretty sure lifted my legs off the ground. That made the injection bearable and I continued. To be honest it went from something that was annoying just because I was forced into it to something that makes me so damn happy because that shot could do some serious damage. For now I will be using this for fights and heavy sparring. High quality protection; That's convenient; and it saved me. I would give ten stars if I could.
