The main reason I chose this board is the legs. I had an issue with my previous chopping board as it was next to my kitchen sink and water pooled underneath when I was washing pots/dishes. It was basically impossible to get the board and my counter to dry properly at night and that became a problem. Aside from being very attractive and tall, this elevated plank position is perfect for my purposes as I can just wipe the water off and be done. It's a board big enough that you can shred/gather a few different things without touching them, but not so big that it's noticeable or takes up an entire counter. I can only recommend it, the price is great.
