Update: 10/27/2021 After a 2-month waiting period. The seller sent a replacement unit. I installed it and now the air conditioner works great. Thanks for the great customer service. The seller responded to my email and the request to inform me quickly and constantly about the device because there was a defect. The replacement unit looks like an OEM, much better quality and stronger than what was originally sent to me.Original: 08/02/2021This product did not work. Bought for a rear air conditioner. It is very easy to install on my 2004 Honda Pilot. After installation, the rear air conditioning works, but cannot be switched off. Pros: - Easy to install - Inexpensive - Helpdesk responds quickly to emails. Cons: - cheap compared to OEM, this item feels cheap, lots of light and thermogel that has rarely been used. You can at least add more heat gel. The plastic cover that covers the chain is cheap and not as reliable as the OEM. You may have received a defective product, the air conditioner continues to work and does not turn off. I had to remove it and keep the AC to have it stop working again. I contacted customer service via email and they replied that they didn't have a replacement and would have to wait a few weeks. I haven't received the new piece yet. Purchase at your own risk. Just remember that you cannot return an item if it is not working.
