Review on COSCO Luxor Step Stool, Antique Gun Metal, 1-Pack by Matthew Shankar

UPDATE: The day after this review was posted I found a large scratch on the back of a stool that clearly shouldn't have been (pictured). I contacted the seller to see if they can help (sending a replacement seat back or refunding a damaged part). After I had to send a lot of information and photos, they told me that they would not give me a refund as the chair was not defective, citing the chair's "antique" appearance as the reason. I am very unhappy with their customer service and therefore decided to return the stools. First Review: We have a similar set of chairs for our dining table from another brand that I like so had high hopes for these. However the workmanship is terrible giving these chairs a cheap much more industrial/antique look than what is described and pictured in the listing. All the welds look awful and one of the seats has big nicks and isn't flat. And one of them swings! Pooh. I think we will keep them as the price is reasonable and there seems to be a problem to return them, but the buyer should beware. I would probably give 1 star except they are very easy to put together especially if you have a drill.
