In the preface to my detailed review: 1. I have very sensitive skin that is currently dehydrated from improper winter care.2. I have moderate to severe rosacea on my cheeks3. I just ordered Li Effector #10 and received Vitamin C as a free sample. It definitely helped with hydration. I apply to a damp, freshly washed face, then spritz with water a few more times, then apply a heavyweight moisturizer to prevent transepidermal water loss. I have used Hadalabo Gokujun products in the past which have worked well for me and I am very happy with the effectiveness of this product. The added vitamin C serum was a huge bonus for me, I only used it once over my moisturizer as as mentioned my skin is now sensitive and dehydrated so I avoid potential irritants (acidic vitamin C). It didn't sting or burn and I didn't notice the increased reddening of the skin with rosacea. Overall, I definitely recommend this product.
