The best thing about this tool is that I can communicate directly to my guest, through their mobile phone number which they provide me when booking an appointment or event online! This helps keep customer service costs down as well by not having any agents involved at all times during events/appointments etc - it's just straight communication between myself & them (via text).
It would be great if you could send push notifications for those who have opted-in but haven't received one yet so we're aware of updates without checking our phones every few minutes! We've been using Gengo since 2014 now though there are other providers out here too these days such as Talkdesk / Intercom. There isn’t anything wrong really except perhaps some people don’t like how long its taken us till after sending messages before receiving replies from customers via texts back? But then again maybe thats because most businesses.
