Review on UserReplay by William Mahajan

We've used user replay for several years now in our digital marketing agency - mostly with B2B clients but also some small businesses as well! And we love it every time because they're committed about providing excellent support that is always available when you need them (which can be at any hour!). It does not have all features yet so I wish there was more analytics than just pageviews/traffic sources etc., But their roadmap looks promising though since last year or two, which makes me confident this will change soon too if things continue like before :) The main benefit from using URR has been improved UX across various websites / apps where users are visiting via mobile devices only & no desktop version exists anymore either!
