I bought this for my special needs adult son when we walk in the evening. It fits over his coat and reflects even the smallest amount of light, keeping him safe. It's a great vest at a good price.
- Size chart lists the size of a L as 50 inches. The band inside the vest says 42-44 which is accurate
- May not be lightweight enough for some users
