Bright as it should be.

Currently this light is used in combination with another light from the same vendor with a 20 gallon tank. Previously the plants weren't working as well as they do now which means this light is working as expected. The light value is not high either. You can spread the light out for a wider tank or link both lights together for more PAR. BUT I will not suggest getting 1 lantern for a large tank, you need at least 2 lanterns for say a 20 gallon tank. Suggestion to the seller: upgrade the power supply which I broke after 24 hours of use. Basically, I'm happy with the light.
