This is an excellent product. I would highly recommend it.Backstory: I had bought a different shower head that had a regular shower head and a handheld shower head in one. That brand didn’t have the bracket to hold the handheld part and required screwing it into the wall. Due to how our shower is setup, it didn’t work. So I bought this one online and it’s fantastic. The washers are already installed. You just screw on bracket part, attach the hose to both ends and it’s dove. It was super fast and it works perfectly. Also, the other brand had water leaking out up top, but not this one. Everything works great, no leaks and the presser is great. We installed the medium (grey) water restricter and it still had more power than it did previously. Wonderfully designed, and a fast installation.
