I thought reviews were exaggerating. oh was I wrong.This is the only thing that helps with the pain of my plantar fasciitis.I measured my arch and I was a size Large according to the chart. Now that I have worn them for a while I could have gone down, I have high arches and somewhat wide foot. They were tight at first bur eventually stretch a little. So if you have plantar fasciitis you know the pressure helps with the pain so the tighter the better in my opinion.
