We`ve used this thermometer on several DIY projects and found it to be RELIABLE and accurate... The penetration probe is durable and has held up well even after repeated use. The backlit display is easy to read in any lighting condition, and the unit switches between Celsius and Fahrenheit with ease. The only downside we've noticed is that the unit can take a bit longer than expected to register temperature changes, but this hasn't affected its overall performance.
