The customer service is exceptional! They go way beyond their job requirements by being so helpful, kind and understanding. It's rare that you find someone who treats others with such respect as they do at VMC (Valento Mortgage Company). I've used them twice now; once due diligence/refinancing an existing mortgage loan from Fannie Mae which was closed in 2016. My last refinance took less than 2 months total closing time between my two transactions with ValtnoMortgageCo and Chase Bank Home Lending Group. Their experience has allowed me to feel more comfortable about future financial decisions I'm making regarding home ownership. The platform is easy to use, so that you can create an account in less than five minutes. It is very well designed and gives a lot of options to choose from. There is nothing much I dislike about this tool apart from the fact that it takes time to load sometimes. It is a good tool to help you analyze your data and find out some important insights which helps to improve performance. We have been able to track our sales activity and we were also able to see how many leads converted into actual customers.
