Best solar power in solar and wind power

the only reason this gets 1 star is because it is easy to install, here is the rest of the reason. When I opened the box it fell apart and I had to find tiny little nuts to attach to the base of the fan to install it. This is a normal installation as with most attic fans. I love the concept of it being sunny (that's why I bought it) BUT it doesn't work at all when there's the slightest shadow or cloud. They don't tell you that. We live in Florida and it's hot 95% of the year with an average of 150 degrees in the attic. So if I cut out the vent hole, a lot of heat escapes into the attic of course, but the fan won't work if the panel is shaded at all. Remington offers a "hybrid adapter" that you can connect to the fan, but you'll have to pay an additional $100. nice fan, but I would rather buy a non-solar fan because it's a joke! You still need to connect to the power grid.

Pros
  • test for one year
Cons
  • there are bugs
