The ease of using it to create surveys/test candidates is great! I can also customize my survey questions by simply selecting from an existing list or creating new ones that are not included in their library (which would be nice if they had more). Some features don't seem as intuitive at first glance but once you figure them out everything flows smoothly for me now - which was one reason why we switched over several years ago since our previous provider wasn’t very good either way around this issue so there were issues with switching providers back then too even though ours weren;'ts all bad!! We're solving some internal hiring problems like how best recruit internally vs externally when considering candidate's experience levels compared within current job role requirements &amp qualifications etc., plus helping us build up knowledge about what skills people need today versus 5-10+.
