Great ballerinas perfect for little beginner dancers. Our 18 month old granddaughter wears a 4 (toddler) in some boots but can wear a 5 in others. She also has a high rise. I was going to order a 6c (medium) based on the reviews and size, but decided to take a chance and go with the medium 5.5. (Note: the width "c” is a medium size. See the full list of sizes available. There were sizes 5.5c and 5.5 medium; basically the same size, but one was cheaper.) I know ballerinas from my upbringing shouldn't be too big. They should fit comfortably around the foot and leave very little room for "growth" in the toe area. If they're too long, it's harder to dance in them. Size 5.5 fits perfectly, just a little room in the toe box. I know she won't wear them until they are bigger, but it's more important to me that they fit. Adorable bunny food with space for your dancer's name. (Be careful of the ink you choose when writing the name. Sweaty little dancers' feet can cause the ink to spill onto the bottom of the tights.) They were about the same price on other sites, but I made my choice to buy with Prime because of the amazingly easy return if the shoe is too small. No need. They fit perfectly, are well made and she loves them. It can't be better!
