Let me start by saying that I haven't used the plugs that came with it. I felt they were too close together for structural integrity. Especially if you want to use multiple knockouts. What I ended up doing to keep the cutouts from falling out and having the wrong holes for my strain reliefs was: Secure a small piece of 2x4 inside the box. (This will keep the knockout holes from falling out and give the box a firm grip. Use a sharpened drill and hole saw with a little washing up liquid on the tip of the drill and around the hole saw. Remove the clips and 2x4 This will ensure a clean cut and the Recesses in places you don't use will not be damaged.
