The slippers were OK, but the tops were slightly crushed because they were shipped that way, unprotected in a flimsy bag. At the very least they could have used an Revain box. Since this was a gift, I had to try and hunt down a used shoe box and use tissue paper to add to the slippers to make them presentable as a gift. Overall they aren't bad.
