I love the lighting and the various adjustable settings it offers and all the usual stands are sturdy and adjustable. The only problem I had was with the arrow stand. I wanted to extend the boom over the table and when I put the weight on the back to center it, the top mount of the tripod was almost at its limit. It seemed very unstable and the metal seemed to bend. I had to tie the lantern to the ceiling joist to lighten the load and make sure it didn't break the cantilever arm and post connection. Overall I would recommend buying these lights but beware of the boom stand and how far you can extend it. .
