The kit includes male side connectors. draft. The fittings are aluminum, not the most durable, if you drop the tool expect the fittings to break. It's better than damaging the instrument, so don't worry. Some people might not like the color, I don't care, it might help determine if you've missed a tool revamp. I prefer brass connectors to steel, not a deal breaker.
