Unreliable product quality
I have been using this product for my dog who gets overly anxious. When it works, it works VERY well, but about 25% of the time I put a new collar on and it doesn’t work at all. When it doesn’t work, she’s afraid of the stairs, she startles easily, and she’s hostile with other dogs, including her housemates! When it does work, all this disappears and she naps on the sofa next to the other dogs. I think the company has unreliable production methods.
- Apparently, my dog has been moving along a bit better with all the firework sound. Let's see.
