I've been using the MX series wireless mice everywhere since 2008 and really enjoy using them. The pointing unit I received this time is similar to the others and setting up this unit for use with an XPS13 laptop running WIN 10 was as easy as plugging in the USB receiver, turning on the mouse and getting started! This device is compact, responsive and goes anywhere, so I still find it a great travel companion with my laptop. This device offers precise targeting for loaded spreadsheets, CAD drawings and for gamers on the go. I leave my device on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and this type of abuse requires a battery change every 45 to 60 days. The MX had issues with the left select button. The problems I've personally experienced with these devices are that when you click on a certain item, you get a double click response, and another problem is that the select button becomes less responsive and eventually stops working. Both issues were resolved with videos available online.
