Really happy with my purchase. My husband accidentally broke our pen, so I checked online how much a shop would charge for the repair and saw prices in the $700-$800 range. Instead I decided to watch some videos on how to do it yourself. (I'm a woman in my 20's who is by no means a mechanic). After watching a few videos and ordering all the parts I needed (everything I needed overall cost me less than $30, that's INCLUDING that replacement grip). It arrived about 1.5-2 weeks ahead of schedule (due to COVID-19 slowing things down at the moment) and it's all metal. It was very easy to install. Didn't have to bend anything to fit my car as some of the other reviews mentioned. All in all, it was a very EASY way to save $750. However, I ended up dropping the phone on the floor and cracking the screen. That's it. I have a full sprint plan so replacing the screen will only cost me $29. So overall I still saved over $700. I used this grip on my 2006 Toyota Sequoia LTD.
