Do not buy if you intend to wear it to cook
They are exactly as advertised except for the nitrile. I'm pretty sure they're a vinyl nitrile blend, but I think they used the least amount of nitrile and can still say they contain it. Also, they have a strong chemical smell that I would never wear to cook. They can be used when working on a car or casting resin parts, but not in the kitchen.
