Service side valve defective
Service side had a defective valve. I suspect it has a ball valve that rotates with no valve handle. Sometimes air will flow no matter which way the knob is turned. It also suddenly stops airflow no matter which way the knob is turned. Absolutely useless! However, regular smooth arms and extensions are fine.
